What They're Saying About Beth
Enrolling in Beth’s Canvassing Workshop has been a great investment for both my firm and myself. Her hands on teaching, individualized attention, immense knowledge and reputation makes her THE best choice for real estate education. As a tenant and landlord representative for the past 9 years, I can attest her workshop remains relevant and updated for this dynamic industry. I will definitely recommend Beth to my clients for their educational needs.
Thank you so much for the information at the ICSC convention workshop. I have to tell you that your workshop provided the most valuable information (and by far the least boring presentation!) that I’ve gotten at any of the workshops in my 8 years of attending the Florida Conference. Thanks!
I just wanted to reach out and thank you for all your help and advice last week. I really enjoyed your class! I was surprised by the range of experience amongst the people in the class. I assumed that your advice would be primarily catered to inexperienced agents like me, but the older agents, who had years of experience, seemed to take just as much away from the day as I did, if not more. You have an excellent approach towards passing on your knowledge and experience. Now, I feel much more confident and prepared for my future as a leasing agent.
Beth is fantastic and very open to share her years of experience, knowledge, resources, answer all your questions and make herself available at any time. Having the connection to someone of her caliber is priceless!!
Beth, your presentation and educational sessions were invigorating and enlightening. As I am entering my 27th year of deal making, I have become overwhelmed and in a reactive mode. I have a goal to engineer my situation to allow me the time to be pro-active and much of what you taught is in that vane. Thanks!
Beth Azor is our “not so secret” weapon, and her monthly Leasing Director’s call is the best value in retail leasing education and training. Only Beth could put together a forum wherein Leasing Directors can hear how to address common problems, learn to implement new strategies, motivate leasing agents, and most importantly, increase NOI.
I just wanted to thank you again for the fantastic canvassing workshop on Tuesday. I feel like I learned a great deal. Being reminded of basic (but oh so important) skills associated with the day-to-day tasks that are a part of every leasing person’s day had a very empowering effect on me and how I want to approach my day, every day. I’ve already started using the pre-closing questions on initial calls with prospects and have found it very useful and, frankly, the response on the other end of the line has been positive as well. I think it shows that I’m taking an interest in what they want to do, in addition to giving me crucial information that will only help the deal process.
I’ve attended many such leasing seminars and taught several more for the ICSC at both Wharton and The Kellogg Center and this was the most productive. Even for a crusty old broker like me with 43 years of experience it was possible to garner some new tips. Keep up the good work and thanks for visiting with us at INLAND!
Your leasing strategies workshop is the ultimate ‘how to’ guide to becoming a rockstar leasing agent!.
Thank you again for providing us with a great training experience during your visit. I know your suggestions will help me become a more successful broker and I can’t wait to inform you when I make my “first $100,000!” I look forward to receiving information on Foot Locker’s new shoe concept as well as information on the “backpack place” similar to Pac Sun that you mentioned. I will keep you in the loop should I hit gold with any of the prospects we met with today.
