Our company has an annual conference that we refer to as The Shopping Center Group University where we come together for a few days of education and inspiration in a format that includes general sessions and breakout sessions by specialty. At this year’s University, we were thrilled to have Beth as our keynote presenter for our leasing people and the impact she made was immense. Covering topics from the “often dreaded” canvassing to lease negotiation, her presentation was instructive, lively and fun. Her keen understanding of the industry, coupled with her enthusiasm and positive approach motivated our associates to comprehend and appreciate the “best practices” of leasing. The session allowed the attendees to revisit the basics and come away with a renewed commitment to provide the best service to our clients.
