I wanted to let you know that I had the best canvassing week EVER last week! I was prospecting specially for a barber shop, beauty supply and medical office, all of which I have as former tenants at my center. I canvassed 5 barber shops and 2 of them viewed the space with me that same day. Same thing with the medical office; I canvassed about 7 doctors offices and out of the 7, one doctor followed me to the space and viewed it with me THE SAME DAY. This has never happened to me and the common denominator was that I had a flyer, pictures and floor plans with me of the spaces. The results: I ran credit on the barber shop today and sent him a proposal and the doctor’s broker has contacted me and is getting a proposal together. I’m saying all of this because I wanted to let you know that I listened to everything we discussed in our session in NY and in Atl and I’m putting it to practice. I’m really excited because I’m seeing results faster than I thought.

Wow!

So I put book down like I was supposed to for 12 hours, to think about how often I’m saying “No” for my “prospect”… It’s been two days. Because every time I think I’m ready to pick up the book, a new lesson emerges about how I just have by been believing in possibilities…

I just keep telling myself that a person won’t say yes, or how some situation wouldn’t be ideal… I kept saying “NO” when someone would ask me if I had a potential tenant.

But no more! Now it’s time to think maybe they could say yes, I should ask them. I am finally ready to continue to read…
