Thank you so much for your refreshing presentation this past Sunday at the ChainLinks convention in Las Vegas. I’ve been working with Landlords for the last five years and have often found myself spending too much time with the “deadbeats” as you described it when I could have been much more selective and efficient in the whole process. I’ve passed along your ten rules to some of my co-workers, and am hoping that you could send me along a copy of the credit package that you mentioned. I am hopeful that this will enable me to weed out tire-kickers quickly and enable me to focus on the tenants that truly want to get the deal done.
We hired Beth to recruit and train a group of rookie leasing agents to join our experienced team. Beth is an expert at identifying the qualities that make leasing agents successful. Her training program is intense and when the agents join our team, they are ready to hit the ground running, and start making deals. By hiring Beth, the leaders of our leasing team were able to conduct business as usual, without taking precious time out to interview, hire and train.
I would like to commend Beth on another fantastic Rockstar to Superstar canvassing workshop. I went through her program years ago when I was relatively new to the business and just had the opportunity to experience again as part of the training for a new leasing rep we recently hired in my office. The day of training was invaluable for our new rep! Beth shared her wealth of knowledge and experience with our new rep both in a classroom setting and then canvassing in the field. Thank you again for the allowing me to attend your session yesterday. Having gotten the chance to go back through and read my notes, the tips you gave were priceless. I truly feel as though when I enter the work force, I will be able to use my time effectively while there, now that I have your tips to implement as a strategy. Knowing not only how to approach prospective clients but also putting them in the appropriate location was a key strategy I took away from the session. I will not be able to attend the Bus Tour in Miami next week, it conflicts with my schedule. I’m excited for the opportunities the future holds.
It was a pleasure meeting you and attending your workshop last week; it was well worth the trip from DC.
