One of my goals is to provide my colleagues with the tools and resources they need to appropriately manage and grow their businesses… in any market. With more nearly 30 years in the biz (gulp), I’ve bought, sold, leased, developed, re-developed, consulted on, and managed shopping centers of all shapes, sizes and importance…including quite a few of my own.
I have been through my share of economic ups and downs and in the process, and have developed a common sense, no excuse approach to filling up empty spaces. More than anything else, my clients appreciate my willingness to leverage my personal experience and my rolodex (20 deals with National Retailers in the past 12 months alone) to help them achieve their business objectives.
Some of the services I provide include:
- Site Evaluation
- Business Development
- Property Acquisition and Growth Planning
- Tenant Mix Analysis
- Executive Coaching for Leasing Managers, Directors and C-suite Executives
- Meeting Facilitation

What They're Saying About Beth
Thanks Beth! You did great. I love your passion for teaching, practical counsel and lessons learned from your impressive background in shopping center leasing, development and ownership.
The workshop was the best I’ve ever attended. I’ve never learned so much in a short time like that before. Learning it then watching Beth execute it through canvassing really was first hand proof that it works well. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and what I learned.
I just wanted to reach out and thank you for all your help and advice last week. I really enjoyed your class! I was surprised by the range of experience amongst the people in the class. I assumed that your advice would be primarily catered to inexperienced agents like me, but the older agents, who had years of experience, seemed to take just as much away from the day as I did, if not more. You have an excellent approach towards passing on your knowledge and experience. Now, I feel much more confident and prepared for my future as a leasing agent.
The training you provided N3 related to business development, real estate negotiation and leasing was amazing…Everyone who attended told me they were glad we did it and it was the best training they received in our company’s 8-year history.
I’m new to the industry and I can honestly say Beth’s workshop has been the most beneficial thing for me thus far. She gave me a much better understanding on what to look for and how to draw tenants using that knowledge. She ingrained in me that knowledge is power and with hard work and persistence, that success will come. One thing I never thought of before, but could be very valuable to anyone, is that she told us to use all resources to our advantage (Yelp, “best of’s”, South Florida business Journal, advertising, = $$$) Above all, LET THE TENANT SAY NO, NEVER SAY NO FOR THE TENANT.
One of if not the most effective speaker, presentation I have participated in during my entire real estate career. If you have shopping center space that needs to be leased, then you MUST, I repeat MUST pay yourself first by working with Beth. Her experience, understanding of our industry, the challenges and opportunities is well synthesized in her presentation. Best yet, the results are immediate – the enthusiasm, energy and excitement to take advantage of everything Beth discusses is electrifying throughout our entire leasing team, top down.!
It was truly a pleasure to be able to meet you and to absorb your knowledge. I learned very valuable information from our canvassing efforts. I look forward to speaking with you in the near future.
In August of 2009 I was tasked with leasing a shopping center that had fallen to 25% occupancy in a very tough market. In October, I took Beth’s leasing seminar and she actually accompanied me on multiple canvassing trips. I have no doubt that the tips and tools I learned from Beth have helped me turn that property around. Not only are we now at 65% occupancy with multiple deals in the works, but I have built up a pipeline of prospects to KEEP the center stable and occupied for years to come!
I wanted to let you know that I had the best canvassing week EVER last week! I was prospecting specially for a barber shop, beauty supply and medical office, all of which I have as former tenants at my center. I canvassed 5 barber shops and 2 of them viewed the space with me that same day. Same thing with the medical office; I canvassed about 7 doctors offices and out of the 7, one doctor followed me to the space and viewed it with me THE SAME DAY. This has never happened to me and the common denominator was that I had a flyer, pictures and floor plans with me of the spaces. The results: I ran credit on the barber shop today and sent him a proposal and the doctor’s broker has contacted me and is getting a proposal together. I’m saying all of this because I wanted to let you know that I listened to everything we discussed in our session in NY and in Atl and I’m putting it to practice. I’m really excited because I’m seeing results faster than I thought.
Training with Beth was a great experience. I am relatively new to retail leasing and her knowledge of how to get imbedded into markets and manufacture deals where there seem to be none will prove to be invaluable in my future. Not only was her approach seemingly simple, but it was very effective. I left the training excited and roaring to go canvass some prospects! It is rare when a person can inspire you to do that in just two days.
